NTC sistem učenja – novi pristop k učenju

Ranko Rajović, specialist interne medicine, smer neuroendokrinologija. Avtor programa NTC sistem učenja, ki se izvaja v petnajstih evropskih državh in kar v sedmih je le ta akreditiran pri ministrstvu za izobraževanje. Je ustanovitelj Mense v petih državah in od leta 2002 član odbora za nadarjene otroke mednarodne organizacije Mensa (predsednik 2010 – 2012). Sodelovec UNICEF-a in dobitnik nagrade mednarodne Mense (MERF – Mensa education and resarch fondation) za intelektualni prispevek družbi. Dela na pedagoški fakulteti v Kopru. Sodeloval je na TEMPUS projektu Anglija – Slovenija. Po NTC projektu so izvedli tudi dva EU projekta (IPA CBC): Hrvaška-Črna Gora in Srbija-Romonia.

Author of NTC learning system program, implemented in 15 countries across Europe, in 7 of them accredited by Ministry of Education. He is the founder of Mensa in five countries, he has been a member of Gifted children committee of Mensa International since 2002 (chairman 2010-2012), and a collaborator of UNICEF. In 2015 he was awarded by Mensa International (MERF- Mensa education and research foundation) for the intellectual benefits to society. He works at the Faculty of Education in Koper, Slovenia. He participated in the TEMPUS project (UK-Slovenia). So far, two EU projects (IPA CBC) have been conducted based on the NTC Program (Croatia-Montenegro and Serbia-Romania).

Povzetek

Primarna vloga NTC programa je uporaba novih odkritij na področju nevroznanosti v učilnicah in v vsakdanjem življenju. Igra kot notranja potreba otrok je ključni faktor NTC programa. Za program so značilne tri uporabne faze. Sestavni deli prve faze so evolutivno podporne aktivnosti za katere so značilne kompleksne motorične aktivnosti vključno z veščinami fine motorike, dinamična akomodacija očesa, rotacija, ravnovesje in gibanje. Druga faza NTC programa vključuje apstraktne klasifikacije, seriacije in asociacije. Tretja faza NTC programa so razvoj divergentnega, konvergentnega mišljenja in funkcionalnega znanja. Vse tri faze ponazarjajo senzorno-motričen in kognitiven razvoj otrok.

Primary intention of the NTC Program is the practical implementation of new discoveries from the field of educational neuroscience in classrooms and everyday life. Play, as an intrinsic need of a child, represents the key factor of NTC program implementation. The program is characterized by three implementation phases. Integral part of the first phase are evolutionary accordant activities, characterized by the complex motor activities, including fine motor skills, dynamic eye accommodation, rotation, balance, and movement. The second phase of NTC program is characterized by abstract classifications, abstract seriations, and association, while the goal of the third phase is the development of divergent and convergent thinking, and functional knowledge. Those three phases encompass sensory-motor and cognitive development of children.
