Anna Marie Fisker

 

Anna Marie Fisker is a Danish architect, Ass. Professor at Aalborg University, Director of Center for Food Science, Design & Experience and holds a PhD with the title “Food and Architecture”. Her research include food design, food culture, gastronomic literature and she has been a board member of the National Danish Culinary Team and is a current member of the Danish Academy of Gastronomy.
